Red River College, the largest public school in Manitoba, is a public college sponsored by the government of Manitoba.

The Canadian Manitoba study abroad immigration program is a program that has been running steadily for more than ten years. After graduation, international students only need to meet certain English scores and get employment to get the provincial nomination.

After the applicant obtains the provincial nomination, he or she can work with the whole family to apply Canada presentment resident card. The immigration requirements of this project are low, the policy is stable, and the success rate is high.

The MPNP has lowered the immigration requirements for those who graduate from colleges and universities in the Manitoba. As of May 2021, the provincial nomination pass rate is as high as 99.7%.

The employment requirements are low, and the C/D positions in the NOC occupation list are eligible. Neither the employer nor the job position requires prior approval from the government, and only requires a full-time job in Manitoba.

While applying PR, children of the applicants are eligible for free public education. After obtaining the work permit, the whole family enjoys free public medical care. Must be a qualifying occupation, most 0, A, B, C, D occupations on the NOC list are eligible

Work experience

1. No relevant work experience from overseas is required

2. Have worked in Manitoba for 6 consecutive months. 0, A, B, C, D are eligible

Application Process

1. Project evaluation and planning signing contract

3. Apply for a study permit (2-3 months)

4. Study for at least 1 year

5. Apply for a work permit and get a job offer (3 months)

6. Work for 6 months

7. Submit a provincial nomination application (3-4 months)

8. Submit a federal application (12 months)
