(1) Has legal status in Canada

(2) Age 21-55

(3) Intention to live in NS

(4) Sufficient resettlement funds, either owned by the main applicant or the spouse (the main applicant requires 11,000 CAD, $2000 for each additional family member)

Academic requirements

The applicant has a Canadian high school diploma or above

Occupation requirements

(1) The position must be full-time, also meets NOC 0, A, B requirements.

(2) The position must meet the NS provincial wage requirements

(3) The position can not be fulfilled by Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent residents who meet the technical requirements in the province

Language Requirements

Be able to communicate in basic English

NOC 0, A, B occupations CLB 5; NOC C, D occupations CLB 4

Language scores are valid for 2 years

Work experience requirements

(1) Had a full-time job offer

(2) The applicant has one year of relevant work experience in the past five years
